The Speech of 15th August, ( The Independence Day )

                                  The Speech of 15th August*

My Dear fellow countrymen, Thy shall know that you all are not alone and we all are together in our good time and bad time.

My dear Indians, It is our day, the day of independence is a light in each of us which reminds us to remember that the spirit of freedom must be kept intact through not only the dreaming about it but also to work for this even when we are unconscious. This job shall not be assigned to our brain but to our reflex system.

Dear pals, Long ago when we were not independent but the colony of some other nation and it had not happened because of greediness or exploitation by them but because we forget to remember the importance of freedom and lived not as a society but as an individual. We had our own false ego, division over the personal matter i.e. religion, caste, region or language. We chose our destiny not in India but in I, me and myself. We must understand that if we are one as nation only then we will able to survive any acid test posed by time before us. Our destiny of strength is written as a citizen of India not as an individual known as Sharma, Verma, Gupta, Kaur, Khan, Pinto but as an "Indian".

My loveable friends, a freedom has brought the free-thinking-will in us which allows our mind to co-ordinate with our body but thy shall know wherever there is a power, there is a responsibility too.  This responsibility is a good consequent if an action is evaluated before in hand because once the arrow is free from bow it would hurt anyone whosoever  be in the line, range and target.

Power is poison, as long as one holds, it poisons the mind, we therefore declare that now onwards no one who has been elected four time total in the election would be allowed to contest. It would give new opportunities to young and innovative mind to come forward and participate in building our great nation. I have further made it mandatory that anyone who would be swore as minister must not be an illiterate and inexperienced in dealing the ministry. For that it is decided that he would first send to training center for learning the practical aspects of their respective ministry. After the training if they pass the basic aptitude test only then they would be allowed to work as minister.

Besides this a panel of well renowned experienced and experts persons is created to assist and advice the govt in running the system. This panel will be like an advisory body as well as watch-man to see the actions-reactions of functions.

Dear folks, To encourage the education, we are making mandatory to all parents to send their children to school. No one would be allowed to keep their children away from school. The basic education has been upgraded to class 12 th. It is the right as well as duty to perform. The children are our asset and no one, not even their parents are allowed to play dirty with national treasure. The reservation would be treated as privileged not as right therefore the students who are educated through govt. school only they would get reservation in admissions and jobs. Those who have got their study through private schools would be dealt as per general without reservation.

To further boost the importance of education, we therefore remove tax liability from school curricular books. These books shall be kept below the price tag of Rs. 99 and no tax would be levied against them and income to writers and publishers would be treated as tax free. All schools would be provided with projectors and computers and mode of study would be chosen through their aptitude test. They can take their exam in the language they love to do. There would not be any force about the language for writing an answer in the sheet.

To further increase the innovation among the new blood, we designate a separate ministry known as ’Ministry of Innovative approaches and new ideas’. This ministry would work under prime-minister, reporting directly so that any idea shall not be unnoticed and given due importance. There will be a separate board for yearly recognition and appreciation something like film festival i.e. best new innovative idea/project, most useful idea, project etc.

My dear brothers and sisters, corruption has made life difficult for common people. We all wish to remove it from our respected country but how it would be done if one holds public land in front of his shop or disobeys traffic signal and give money to get away from law. The law is made to protect our rights and our society. The purpose is not to bother someone but to discipline and safe guard each other rights. Let’s take a pledge that we would follow the law of land and would not indulge in such acts where we need to pay money for our illegal acts. We are initiating a program 'Know your rights, Understand your duties" so that we all be apprised by these basic concepts. The village panchayat / RWA/ Schools/ Departments will provide education to all at their door step.

My dear friends, As we have mentioned that children are our gracious national treasure therefore I announce from this platform that honor killings, child abuse, neglecting child would be treated with harsh punishments and the same is done to safe guard the women’s from perpetrators and crime committed by them i.e. eve teasing, abusing women, attack and assaulting women, Rape, Stalk, dowry deaths. These above are treated as offenses in first degree, non-bailable, non-compoundable and we would not tolerate them.

As the children are our gracious national treasure, the senior citizens are our experience banks who share what we have to learn yet. Therefore it has been made mandatory that now onwards all senior citizens are national assets. Anyone who has no livelihood is welcome to become part of a new program called “ SAMMAN” –Respect. This program would provide pensions to all those who do not get any pension from any scheme or has less than Rs. 10,000 as saving or property.   As every police station runs a food mess on co-operative scheme therefore municipality is directed to run such messes with the help of NGO governed by council of senior citizens and to provide ready food tiffins/ grocery items and clothes on reasonable rates.

At this stage we would like to clarify that anyone who is found to be criminally indulged in misappropriating the govt. funds will be treated with special law/ act as enacted to deal with those who dare to do so. The punishments for such offense would run in confiscating all properties/ bank balances with 20+ yrs. or more Imprisonment.

Dear friends, now we would like you to come forward and do something for environment besides providing jobs to needy. “Grow Bharat - Green Bharat” is the mantra for everyone. From now for next 10 yrs, a levy of 1 % is fixed for people who intend to buy new car/ two wheeler above basic model, a property, jewelery, diamonds expensive phones, gadgets, foreign tours, Air travels, Luxury hotel stays. This fee would be available as subsidy to village Panchayat for growing fruit/ naturopathy trees in panchayati land, boundaries of farmers’ field. Side paths in the village as well as to Residents welfare association/ Local residential committee. The subsidy would be treated as loan and refundable if in case it is found that the panchayat/ committee fails to maintain and progress the program. The income from such trees when occurs shall be used by concerned for social and public development.

My dear brothers and sisters, we have noticed that with the passage of time if hospitals have increased, the cost of treatment has increased too. We have noticed that the hospitals which are supposed to treat poors are only treating their obligations and employees hence the benefit to common man is far ahead. The purpose has been defeated by such acts. Therefore I declare ‘Right for medical treatment’ as constitutional right. The cost of medicines and equipment would be decided by a board named as “Censor Board of Medicines and treatment price”. All doctors whether in personal or in public capacity are bound by the decisions taken by this board. If any one found violating the norms, the license of hospital/doctor would be canceled and that property would be come under the control of state and subsequently run by state medical board on govt. payment basis for certain period. In addition to this all children under 18 yrs, all students under 24 yrs, all girls under 20 yrs, all women above 45 yrs and all men above 62 yrs are treated under special medical service and they would pay only Rs. 10 for consultation fee to medical practitioners. The girls under 18 yrs and boys under 12 yrs and women above 60 yrs and men above 72 yrs would be given medicines on control rate from subsidized chemist shops on the medical card issue to them. All above the age of 75 and below the age of 5 yrs are covered under govt. health insurance plan for free medical treatment in private as well as govt.hospitals.

My dear country fellows, presently there is a need for controlling the population as it eats all the progressive aspects in the economy. We therefore declare that all marriage below the age of 25 yrs for men and 22 yrs for women if occurred would be declared as null and void from its initiation. Such marriages are not at all tolerated and rigorous punishment with fine is prescribed for those to do, assist, abet, motivate or party to it even by attending. Any marriage would proceed only after the clearance from area magistrate and any priest/Imam/Granthi or any one find performing it would be liable for imprisonment. Anyone who is having a single child will be given tax rebate/ pay increment and priority in general tasks like train/ air /bus reservation with discount in necessary items etc.

My dear friends, on this auspicious day we would like to mention that a ministry has been allocated to do work about up linking of all major roads and rivers as a major mode of transport. This program would be known as 'Rameshwar Setu'. It would helpful for development as well as for better and faster movement. All the rivers /roads will have trees as mentioned above. It would helpful in ‘Grow Bharat –Green Bharat’ project besides having environmental development. The linking would further lead to strong infrastructure in the country.

My dear citizens, As natural resources are drying we need to understand that water is receding fast therefore we ask the support and active participation of village panchayat/ RWA/ NGO’s and other bodies in preserving water bodies besides reusing of water in various projects i.e. planting, washing of floors, etc. It is a universal issue.  We have a drafted version of water saving policy "Jal Jiwan" for our nation. It will be circulated today itself. Again we request all the citizens to come forward and understand the importance of conserving natural resources.

My dear fellow countrymen, once again we offer a peace talk with naxal and other groups who are bent upon to speak through their guns that the gun-culture would not help in creating a bridge between them and us. A gun-shot would be answered by gun-shot and that would ruin the possibility of truce between us. We request them to come forward w/o wearing any mask to build a trust and confidence between us otherwise they would be dealt accordingly.

Dear friends, as we have observed that today more people are dying in road accidents than in wars or terrorists/naxal activities. Therefore the subject of road safety and driving skills has been added to school curriculum. Now onwards all those who have studied about it would able to understand it before controlling their movements on roads. An incident w/o driving license would be treated as attempt to murder/ murder on road depending over the consequent.

My dear friends, from the beginning India has always advocated good friendly relations with neighbors. A neighbor is closer than a distant blood related brother. I therefore once again thank my neighbors for respecting us as a nation. At this juncture we would not like to mention but force to do so that recent activities by our neighboring countries would not be treated as friendly gesture whether it is a case of building sheds or intrusion in boundary or firing at our peaceful troops and killing them. It would force us to take such steps having adverse effects on each other's respective economy. We further inform that as recently we have increased our forces in 35 % in strength and develop few sophisticated weapons and missile programs have nothing to do with preparations for war as we fully trust and support friendly relations with them. It is our own way to keep self-reliant as a strong ally to them. We are sending them the proposal of open border with increasing the trade and share the heritage and legacy between us. The relations with our nations are progressing due to trust, respect and mutual consent for universal brotherhood.

In concluding my Independent speech, I happily declare that now India would be known as its constitutional name “BHARAT”.

My dear fellow countrymen, once again I congratulate you on this happy occasion of independence and pray to God that he shall give us enough strength to handle the freedom and carry the responsibility.

May Bharat live long,

Jai-Hind , Jai Bharat.

- Dedicated to my mother country-India on her 67th Independence day...

The MAHATMA

In September 1888, at the age of just 18, a boy who had entered into an adulthood by virtue of child-marriage system prevalent in his society left India, without taking his wife and a new born son for higher studies { a time when people use to mock each other that for higher studies one needs not to go to London but to have a ladder and climb up at a tree and pretend that he is studying and it would call higher study} to become a barrister (lawyer) in an alien city where he would be recognised not by his brain but by his colour and race with a promise given to his mother that he would not consume meat/ alcohol nor indulge with women. To overpower his weakness and get to fit into English civilised society, he wasted his first three precious months altering himself to an English gentleman by getting costly new coat/ suits, improvising his English accent, trying speaking French besides taking notes about violin and not to forget about his poor dance abilities, to learn the dance. After living those three months with sheer expenses and useless experiences he had only one learning that he had only one goal and i.e. to study seriously and become for what he had come.

“A man is but the product of his thoughts what he thinks, he becomes.” -Mahatma

He became a serious student and invested rest of the time in London with a simple lifestyle which helped him to know himself.

Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.” -Mahatma

He was a man who had a dream- a dream of united India with rich heritage and pride to be recognised as an Indian on global scale. He is “alive soulful Mahatma” appeared much before than his time and was known that time as Mohan Chand Karam Chand Gandhi.

The promise to remain vegetarian given to his mother helped him to gain what he wanted- a place in London society however at that time the other Indian were having meat but his search to look for vegetarian food and serving places he became member of famous London Vegetarian Society having renowned members as Henry David Thoreau and Leo Tolstoy. It further helped him to know explore Sri Mad Bhagvad Geeta and great book focusing about karma became his master in setting the path which has no limit but sky was still far and stars could only admired upon. The real test of life forced him to take an official trip to Natal, South Africa He had to go to other city and being an Indian gentle man, he got reserved his seat in first class bogey of train. He boarded the train for his journey at the Pieter-martiz-burg station he was ordered by railway officer to get himself transferred to ‘Coolie’ class’ IIIrd class bogey w/o delay being the brown skin- coolie class passenger. On his refusal and seeking reason he was out-thrown out of the train despite having a valid ticket.

You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty.  -Mahatma

The whole night sitting in cold, he was not able to understand that what he should do now? Whether to go back to India or initiate an impossible struggle about existence for equality.

I like Christ but I do not like you fellow Christians. You are unlike Christ.-Mahatma

Here Sri Mad Bhagvad Geeta helped him to understand his karma and he decided to raise a voice against the mighty kingdom with listening his inner voice that someone has to start a fresh for the truth and that would be chosen one  and he  is the one !!. ‘SATYAGRAHA’ { A request for imbibing truth in life} a concept of brave with peace at heart and resistance with morality. Let the cruel feels the pain of his cruelty.

Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.” -Mahatma

The life take many tests before actual begins and that came as one surprise to him when his ship was detained at Durban harbour for 23 days due angry mob [ a crowd has a reasonable capability to think but a mob is always w/o logic or pre-planned action] believing that he had come with back-up Indians for creating a ruckus. He was allowed to enter but welcome with bricks, rotten eggs, and fists. He refuted the rumours and refused to lodge a police report against those who assaulted him, the mob got stopped and went as a crowd of followers.

The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.” -Mahatma

Sooner than earlier he was everywhere even in dreams of oppressed and also in the nightmares of oppressors. That was the time when he decided to pay back to his mother earth-India. He returned as Hero while public welcomed him, the other leaders felt unsecured. He went on foot and walked through the various corridors of colourful India bearing pain, grief, broken, poverty, hunger and illiteracy. The hopeful faces of poor peasants changed a gentleman suit wearing Indian barrister to a ‘DHOTI’ (loin cloth of 2/3 meter) and chappal (Sandals) man with if required a shawl man. The uniform of an one of the most memorable man in all time and a “MAHATMA” is born. He further promoted the idea of knitting cloth for self by hand made “CHARKHA” and the rise of ‘KHADI’ takes place. It is the beginning of new era where customer had become the king with all concepts. The simple living in his student days had given him urge to his all desires; He used his own body to keep the unity by fasting as and when required. It further assisted in bonding the different stakes group of ethnic and religion on common platform.  Salt- the most common item of kitchen became the symbol of unity. He started a journey to challenge the mighty empire where the sun never got set.  He Informed the Vice-Roy and he along with his company got amused by his challenge. It had never happened before nor it would be. A journey of 320 Kms for Dandi became a morning irritating alarm for all which has no pressed button. He was detained in jail and mass arrests were followed too. 2500 followers led by Ms. Sarojini Naidu when reached to a salt factory, they were welcomed by 406 British police officers. They all stood in the column of 25/25 and went one by one for protesting. All of them were greeted by cane-hit over their heads but none raised the voice or any weapon.

Nobody can hurt me without my permission. -Mahatma

The biggest display of trust in none other than Gandhi. Even the devil that was sleeping was awakening by the silence of those innocent people and left for a place where sun never rise. He was heard and it designed the day of independence going to be achieved by none other than any violent revolution but by love and peace at heart but truth still waiting to prevail. At last he came up with ‘Do or Die’ and ask for quit this land forever w/o pretending to show us our so-called disastrous future in the absence but he has a dilemma as well that how to deal with own people who had all egos, self-interest, power-desire. He left everything behind and went into hermit when everyone was rejoicing with freedom; he was knitting the khadi on his charkha at his ashram. The finest is yet to come that is why he marched in riot-ridden street of Naokholi and fast unto death in Calcutta ( now Kolkata). The peace prevails from north to south and east to west. He did the ultimate work of uniting India in the name of mother land. The religion, caste, language, culture, ethnicity, creed, color was no more issue. The dream is fulfilled now no one would come to invade it. After the slavery of more than 800 years no civilisation ever think of surviving their culture but Indian does that and prove to world that if you are determined to your belief with keeping rigidity at far, you can be what you are-always. He was asked to give a message to people and he simply said that “My life is my message to everyone.” ‘An ounce of practice is worth more than tons of preaching.

A coward is incapable of exhibiting love; it is the prerogative of the brave.” -Mahatma

He was neither a Prophet nor a guru. He never feels himself perfect. He was not even a teacher, not to think as philosopher. He had not initiated any sect by name Gandhism/ Gandhian.  He is “MAHATMA”. A great soul who we remember him as ‘GANDHI’. In 100 years we will recognise what he has done for us. In next 100 years we will remember him as a great thinker/reformer. In next 100 years we will know him as angel who descended for our welfare. In next 100 years we will warship him as true messenger of God. In next 100 years we will doubt whether he ever exists or part of fairy tales. In next 100 years we will feel that it is beautiful positive way of seeing thing in rosy pink lights and then he would always be remained in our memories as unhappenning Utopian thing on this mother-earth.

Horace Alexander described him as  "On your side you have all the mighty forces of the modern State, arms, money, a controlled press, and all the rest. On my side, I have nothing but my conviction of right and truth, the unquenchable spirit of man, who is prepared to die for his convictions than submit to your brute force. I have my comrades in armlessness. Here we stand; and here if need be, we fall."

At United Nations he was predicted as "the greatest achievements of the Indian sage were yet to come".

Tagore describes him as west would accept Gandhi before the East.
The UN declared his birthday 2 October as "the International Non violence Day."

First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win” – Mahatma
