What is aks- Arun's Reflection: an image in mirror/water is aks but I know it is my body but not me. I stay with stillness of soul not with the time seen in age & appearance of body. Dear Gemma, if one believes in GOD that is sufficient... Religion is part of character, I respect it and its followers , whatever may be they are... It may lead to god but God is destiny not the path... For me religion plays an important role but not the end of road.. religion may be beginning for good but to meet our creator we should progress endlessly... that is my belief.....

The simplest thing in life if taken care means that if you act in harmony according to law of nature. And the laws are set to serve and they will protect you and assist you to attract all that you need. If you act out of this law the same law will punish you. You can never violate the Forces of nature without getting hurt. You must neutralize your Karma and take care for everything you do.
