Jai ho: This pic is perfect example of making decisions inside the closed doors.. These disability assisting strips on foot path is located in front of Stephan College in the North campus of Delhi university where each one is at least Higher secondary... None could make out that these strips are rather harmful to blind students who would get hurt after every 10 mtrs. It is sad that despite spending so much money this closed door decision does not help.. People who have built it and who have passed the bills have not applied mind to ground reality..
