The Yogi and the Stillness of Soul  

योगी और आत्म स्थायित्व 

I do not know when I will birth again, 

I do not know when I will die again, 

Only the one who has achieved the stillness of soul,

Knows that there is no going nor coming, 

The body is a little record of time  which counts through age and appearance but soul remains still in the process far from aging and diminishing.. 

The circle is  infinite and nothing moves in it, only time moves  and that could make a yogi understands the stillness of soul. 

Hence do not get exhausted in the circle of time but remain alive with the vibrant stillness of soul.

 

That is the key to immortality... so being body do not die while you live and do not live while you are dead,  Life is beyond birth and death and persists in infinity of soul.. 

Therefore I do not know "aks" when I will be born again and simultaneously

I do not know when I will be dying again..

क्या हासिल होगा यारों

 यह जानकर कि

 कब मैं फिर आऊंगा और 

जीवन संध्या पर पलक झपकते ही 

फिर चला जाऊंगा,

सच तो मैंने यह जाना कि

 ना जाना होता है और 

ना आना बस आत्मा का 

स्थायित्व ही सत्य है,

मेरा यह शरीर बस समय का

 वह हिसाब है जो उम्र और 

आकार से जुड़ा है पर 

आत्मा इस सबसे दूर 

सरलता ओर सत्यता से समाधिस्थ है, 

जीवन चक्र असीमता से पूर्ण चलायमान

 होते हुए भी चुपचाप खड़ा

 समय को भागते हुए देख रहा है और

 मैं आत्मा के स्थायित्व से 

जुड़े हुए ध्यानस्थ हूं।

समय-चक्र से परे थकान रहित 

इस वृहदेश्वर आत्म साक्षात्कार में ही 

ध्यान योग से साक्षात्कार ही 

मेरी नियति है।

 अब शरीर में ना मृत्यु हैं और 

ना अनंत आनंद स्वरूप जीवन है, 

जन्म और मृत्यु से परे जो "अक्स"

आत्म ज्ञान प्राप्त हुआ है वही 

अमर्त्य अमृत कलश लेकर 

यात्रा जारी रखना ही ईश सार तत्व है।

अतः मत पूछो यारों मुझसे 

कि कब मैं फिर आऊंगा और 

जीवन संध्या पर पलक झपकते ही 

फिर चला जाऊंगा।...

How does Clean shave look come into trend in Bharat- India.

How does Indian Army /Police Services officer keep clean shaven look or   how does clean shave face look came into trend and style/ fashion in India?

 Basically if you go into the past you would find that keeping beard is a natural thing and  every society  is having males who are keeping beard and long hairs on natural.  

All the man anywhere they live the growth of hair is natural process it is an extension of physical body and acts as natural reflexive forces and time.  

It is further assumed that the energy which could be used to define dimension of human spirit. 

People generally do not shave it till it becomes necessary of rituals important to perform some warshiping.  

Clean-shaven look was significantly present in ancient India and part of important Yogic culture and society. Clean-shaven look was part of Brahmachari awastha as keeping torso and facial hair was an essential part of the life of people. Now a days keeping beard is sign of renouncing world in Yogic culture but in ancient and mediaeval time it was vice versa as removing beard and shaving were part of renouncing the world in many spiritual parts but Similarly most of the people in ancient world on spiritual path might  find to be growing beard and hairs as natural, therefore the beard with moustaches was part of Identity from King to common man hence the army soldiers of kings also had beard and long hair during the Islamic invasion. The attackers' army, when entered in Bharat found that it was difficult to different between their man and opponents so therefore to look different they came up with the idea of looking different by removing of their mustachers. The growth of moustaches could not be  done in a few days and need sometimes around 30 29 days  to 90 days for good moustaches to grow.  Therefore it would always a difference among armies even though appearing in disguise and Bharat warriors kept on continued their look. With the passage of time,  the attackers' had established their  local small kingdoms and  joined by locals as resistance forces, it was become important to identify own men and others so that not to kill  own soldiers in war and look of beard without moustache was became a trend too.

With the passage of time keeping beard without moustache was become an Islamic appearance in Bharat subcontinent which is still happening and Muslim population is continued with similar look in Bhartiya Sub-continent as a religious identity too, however if we go beyond the boundaries of Bharat subcontinent, the appearance of Muslim is different from subcontinent Muslim population as one could notice that difference with the Muslim population of Gulf countries.

 Thereafter in 17-18 th century onwards, British came to the Bharat as company.  In initial phase they were having big handlebar moustache and beard too.  The similar appearance with ancient Bharatiya people which was still quite common in Hindu population. So after sometimes they have the same problem of identifying between Bharat's warriors and their local soldiers in army because both of them looked similar to each other, having similar appearance and culture. Therefore the Britishers came up with the idea of removing of beard and moustache as well so that they could identify their man in the crowd by clean shaven look.

 That came as a surprise to everyone and initially it was like a child/female face and mocked by people too but Sooner it was accepted as a neat and tidy look which gave a look of clean and tidy appearance with western outfits. 

Sooner than before, it became the fashion pattern in  Bharat and many of them joined by removing their beards and moustaches and adept the clean shave look and become part of neo- cultural revolution.

 Very soon an unspoken mandatory  silent rule was applied for all who are in services of Britishers.   Even after the transfer of power on 15 August 1947 and we had got our own government, the same look remained for the Bharatiya army and other security forces, accepted as  disciplined measure to keep separate the forces services from civil population.  

The impact was also be seen in private sector and with the passage of time it has become a common look in Bharat. 

 The same has been adopted by international working committee and thus become the part of day today life for everyone.  

Now I feel that we must keep natural look in day to day life as keeping a good beard will make a relaxing as well as an alert person and respectful to everyone.

योगस्थ: कुरु कर्माणि- अर्जुन महाभारत युद्ध के लिए कैसे प्रेरित हुए।

भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने अर्जुन को गीता उपदेश किस प्रकार दिया कि अर्जुन को अपने कर्तव्य का बोध हो गया और वह युद्ध के लिए तैयार हो हो गए ? 

उत्तर: ऐसा है कि अर्जुन अंतिम समय तक भी युद्ध के लिए अस्त्र शस्त्र उठाने के लिए तैयार नहीं था और ऐसा पहली बार नहीं हुआ यदि हम इतिहास में जाएंगे इससे पहले मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम भगवान राम के सामने भी इसी प्रकार के प्रश्नभ्रम सामने आ गए थे और इसी प्रकार के मायारूपी प्रश्न चिन्ह अन्य महापुरुषों जैसे  गौतम बुध और भगवान महावीर के समक्ष भी आये थे और वह सबने सन्यास मार्ग से मुक्ति का द्वार खोल कर उस पर जाने के लिए उद्धत किया था पर राम की यह दुविधा  उनके गुरु  वशिष्ट पर प्रकट हो गई थी  और गुरु वशिष्ट ने उन्हें कर्म उपदेश दिया जो कि योग वशिष्ठ के नाम से जाना जाता है यह इसी प्रकार है जैसे श्री भगवत गीता है इसी प्रकार अष्टावक्र ने भी राजर्षि  जनक को उपदेश दिया था जिससे जनक राजा होते हुए भी इसी प्रकार उतना ही जीवन से जुड़े रहे थे।

 कुरुक्षेत्र मैदान में अर्जुन ने जब युद्ध स्थल के मध्य में जाकर गुरु सेना की तरफ देखा तो किसी भी सामान्य व्यक्ति की तरह उनके मन के दो फाड़ हो गए एक कहने लगा शत्रु पक्ष में अपने प्रिय संबंधी देख कर उनके प्रति मोह और राज्य जीतने की इच्छा खत्म हो गई दूसरा कारण था कि विपक्ष में सभी योद्धाओं को जानते थे अतः उनकी वीरता से प्रभावित दिखे अचानक ना चाहते हुए भी एक प्रकार की सर्द पांवों जैसी स्थिति उत्पन्न हो गयी जिसमें बुद्धि के ऊपर अपनी वीरता पर सन्देह स्थापित हो गया वह भी भूल गए कि अभी कुछ समय पहले उसने अकेले के रूप में उन सब के छक्के छुड़ा दिए थे तब श्री कृष्ण ने अर्जुन की भावनाओं को समझते हुए उसे समझाने के लिए बुद्धि कौशल का परिचय दिया।

 किसी को भी समझाने के 3 तरीके हैं पहला तरीका है कांता कौशल अर्थात् पत्नी के समान बात करके हिम्मत बढ़ाना इसमें सुख शक्ति को चैलेंज कर के उसे जागृत किया जाए ताकि व्यक्ति को अपने पुरुष तत्व का एहसास हो और वह आगे बढ़कर सामना कर सके श्री कृष्ण द्वारा इस विधि द्वारा  जब अर्जुन की हिम्मत को बढ़ा नहीं पाए तब उन्होंने दूसरा तरीका वह मित्र कौशल अब उन्होंने मित्र की भांति अर्जुन को कर्म की व्याख्या दी आत्मदर्शन दिया यह समझाया कि अगर जीतोगे तो राज सुख मिलेगा और अगर मरोगे तो वीर सम्मान और इस तरह  कर्म करने में दोनों हाथों में लड्डू है और अगर नहीं करोगे तो सब कहेंगे कि अर्जुन कायर है सारी जिंदगी हारे हुए शापित की तरह रहोगे, सन्यास पर जाओगे तो लोग कहेंगे कि जीवन में असफल हो गया इसलिए समाज से भागकर सन्यास आ गया लेकिन तब भी अर्जुन ना  माना और युद्ध न करने पर अटल रहा तब श्री कृष्ण तीसरा और अंतिम सत्य कहते हैं जिसमें उनके मुख से निकला प्रत्येक शब्द परमात्मा प्रभु का आदेश था उन्होंने अपना विराट स्वरूप प्रकट किया और अर्जुन को आदेश दिया कि वह युद्ध के लिए तत्पर हो और फिर अर्जुन ने भगवान कृष्ण की प्रेरणा से रण कौशल दिखाया और वह युद्ध किया कि वह एक साधारण युद्ध से आगे बढ़कर महायुद्ध हुआ, यह महाभारत युद्ध था।

Why India is called Bharat? भारत का नाम भारत कैसे उदित हुआ?

प्रश्न: हमारे देश का नाम भारत कैसे उदित हुआ? 

Q: Why India is called Bharat?

"भा" शब्द की आधारभूत संरचना भू या भूमि से अपभ्रंश रुप में हुई है। पंच महाभूत तत्वों में भूमि तत्व का विशेष महत्व है यह शारीरिक भौतिकी में १२% स्थान रखती है।

भारत शब्द दो अलग-अलग शब्दों से मिलकर बना है। 

भार+रत 

"भार" शब्द का अर्थ है उत्तरदायित्व , यह एक कर्तव्य पालन है जो स्वयं अंतर-हृदय में उत्पन्न कर्म है जिससे कर्ता अपने अंदर आनन्द अनुभव करता है। यह स्वयंभू उत्पत्ति हैं। 

"रत"  शब्द का अर्थ है प्रेम में समर्पित होना यह समर्पण और अवाध श्रद्धा होने का भाव है।

हमारी मातृ भूमि के प्रति यही उत्तरदायित्व और उसके प्रति पवित्र, समर्पित और अखंडित प्रेम ही भारत राष्ट्र  और उसके नाम को सार्थक करते हुए परिभाषित करता है। 

मातृ भूमि के प्रति अनुराग भाव रखने वाले व्यक्ति को ही भारत या भारती नाम से पुकारा जाता है और इस स्थान पर रहने वाले को भारतीय या भरत वंशज कहे जाते है।।

"Bha" word is originally derivated from "Bhu" or "Bhumi" that means Land or soil. Our physical body is made of 5 elements including of soil which 12% of total matter. 

Bharat word has 2 words in it. 

Bhar + Rat- pronounced as rt in smart word with t has softer tone. 

The word meaning of Bhar is Responsibility. It is following a path knitted around duties (Karma)  with free will. This karma doesn't require external pressure or compulsion. It is performed blissfully with self awareness and Conciousness.

Rat pronounced as RT is surrender and devotion in love. 

Whosoever has this surrender and devotion in love for duties towards Motherland is named,  called or titled as Bharat or Bharti. Those who live in this sacred and pious land are called Bhartiya or Bharat vanshaj- the children of Bharat.
