THE CHALLANGES ONE FACES IN ONE'S LIFE- DISCUSSION

Question: How can i see and meet GOD?
Open your mind, only miracles are not the proof of existence of god. You, me, everyone who comes forward for helping each other are the example of God. See god in your own reflection, keep your soul free, let it feel the world which is beautiful and receptive towards everyone.
Simple living in this alone moment is proof of god. Loving parents and they love you too is the proof of god. You, yourself is the proof of god. Even god does not believe in doing miracles. Keep your brain like a fountain, let knowledge be running from one corner  to other.

Question: I am not able to do 'sadhna' what shall i do??
Master the strength which can be used for welfare of people , make them happy is true sadhna (accomplishment). The purpose of sadhna and tapa (austerity ) is to keep people away from negative forces and bad aura.
Question: Will God accept me as I am?
God is very simple. He keeps his things in simple manner. He does not believe in complicating the situations. You prove him , you disprove him.. he will be there. He has no confusion, not complaining no compulsion whether you know him or not but he knows you cause he is inside. so not to look here and there just know the truth. He lives in you.

Question: I am hopeful but still in fear!!
Fear and hope is not answer but a question that explains its cons but now I know the question to this question and I am happy that you have searched out the question from question, at least it will lead us to some answer in near future.

Question: Who can be my guru and how can i meet and recognise him? what will be impact over my life?
You are the guru of yourself, till now you were looking for guru to take you to god but when you will know that he is inside of you. Hear yourself, if you will not, you will be missing nothing but if you listen, you will know a little… many of us have missed that voice till we reach at death  bed and when we hear  that it is too late to react. That little of everything which you know will work as pinch of salt to your soul food. Just add it to your soul food  and you will be treated with a wonderful dinner to night and forever.
Why a stone touched by Rama floated because it feels happiness by his touch , they have got the name and recognition . They knew that they would be part of great history where they were identified because of their anti nature way of expressing- floating. So we must remember nothing is special only our way taking things make it happen and then it became miracle for rest of us.
If you want to see true miracles see how a child is being taught to learn his first word and then see him after 15 years. It will be surprised you to believe your own eyes.
So once the time I was on duty, One Guru who has millions of fans/disciples following met me. I was introduced to him, explaining him about the nature of help provided to the program  and  in response he hold my hand in his hands (From my experience,  I have understood that higher players of life show gratitude w/o any hesitation), I smiled and reciprocate in positive manner. As he moved from there, I was suddenly surrounded by the lots of public. They started touching my arms and told me that this day is the most auspicious day of my life as Babaji/Guruji has contacted me by touching my hands. I was amused rather than surprised to see their reaction. I remembered, I had same feeling when I was present in Bryan Adams’s program in 2004 in New Delhi when I got the chance to meet him and shook hands and he was touching the audience while singing, they were getting crazy over his act and trying to touch his hand. I made the mobile phone video however lost it somewhere in overlapping of data. I had the same feeling before that in 2000 in Bosnia when I met Sh. Raja Reddy and his wives Kaushlaya and Radha Reddy in a exclusive program. I spoke to them for few minutes and they were great. This I have expressed is related with “EMOTIONS”. They carry us to new horizon of thinking and help us to see through the window of happiness.
I have another experience that whenever you remain with achievers, you feel positive energy, that energy helps us to understand our goals and its achieving.

Question: How to live in today? will it help me to know my creator?
Living a life in simple manner can lead to god and I am not asking you to live in a mud hut, eating raw food, or wearing jute and riding in a bullock-cart. I am speaking about a life with happiness, sharing your positive energy ( it gets double if divided) with others . It is the way of living life king size. You care, respect, brighten the life and love others, and imagine if we all live like this than how big the circle is.

Question: I am looking for 100% answers, not the less!!
Our mind accepts what we want it to and just remember nothing is cleared 100% even god has not provided the answers of all the questions he pose against us.  So be sure that no one can give 100% except you, yourself cause only you know what are you still looking for and how it shapes and type. Go into your own mind, I am sure you will get what you are looking…

Question: Can god change my destiny and its path, i mean i am looking for comfortable and luxury in life?
Even god could not change the fate what they have written, whatever they write for us after the great analyze of our karma and fate…. If something like they intended to do than they would be not be recognized and purpose of their visit would be fail. Think if Sita was not kidnapped or Krishna wanted to see the blood war between the brothers or Jesus was looking for hanging on cross, none of them had ever tried to change their fate. How ever a good guru helps you to know yourself so that you could see god. Fate is inevitable and that is why I never believe in changing any day of my past. I just believe in becoming a human with better approach.(Read one of note mention in FB Notes) .The people who came in our life are travelers like us. They have their own journey and path to travel , we just across each other . The permanent feature in life is path on which we are walking, every other thing is there to pass for better.

Question: I want to say no but sometimes yes becomes a pain for me, what shall I do??
There is no problem with saying no as people accept the no as a response to the  thing we made but when we say yes than it is sometimes creates a chaos in the emotions as we do believe that we shall not hurt some one by refusing flatly over the issue but saying yes and doing for no creates more problems in life. I have learnt to say no when I feel that yes does not give us any solution and no Will give another person to stand for himself. I feel happy when they accept no in positive mode. Off course some times you remain alone (temporary) in that moment but ultimately you remain in company forever.

Ekta said... I agree : the more we do sadhna and tap, the closer we get to the answers of our questions. I firmly believe in God but some of the customs in Hindu culture make this understanding of God very complicated. e.g. I don't believe in fasting. I know the reason is that if you eat, you get lazy and cannot meditate well. But nobody tells about the bad effects of starvation. The toxins that body creates get accumulated and makes us age faster. The immune system gets weaker. The cells in the body gets weak etc.

Some other questions that arise in my mind are why do we emphasize on things like don't worship without taking a bath, don't take slippers in the temple, cover your head in the temple, don't face your feet towards god, women shouldn't worship during those days etc. I strongly find some Hindu customs so materialistic. We follow them since childhood without actually knowing them. That's why we take so much time in life to actually understand the reality ourselves. When we are reading vrat Katha ( Lent story ), some have citations in the katha that somebody was reading some katha. So, if they are reading some other katha, why are we reading this katha and not the same katha that they were reading?

Please don't take me wrong but I do want to question some of the Hindu deity formations. As per the theory of evolution by Charles Darwin, everyone emerged as humans from our ancestors who were apes. Then why in
Satyayug, where they were humans, there were Apes close to Humans with all the same abilities as Humans. I am not questioning that one power who runs this world and us. In fact, I find eternal bliss when I worship these forms of the God. But just curious to know how they emerged. We read stories like some deity emerged from here and there, from body parts of Vishnu, from dirt, from fire etc. but is that possible in reality?

Sorry if I am offending you or anyone, but just want to get to the core of everything around me, including some of the beliefs that have resided in us since childhood.

Thanks!
Dear friend, I am happy to know that you have been surrounded by all these types of questions as it is a positive sign of awakening and understanding the world while keeping the mind open. An open mind is door to process of awakening the soul. An awaken soul travels continuously in all directions even when body is resting. Sorry for little delay as through out the month I remained with my job commitments. I have heard  what  ever  you have said. Now I will try to tell something what I have transpired from my learned friends existed in my life.
God has never asked to follow any  particular way of reaching to him. He just asks us to be happy and kind with others and our surroundings. He does not believe in any religion or way of praying. He just believes in doing simple things with simple approach. The language which he speaks can not be spoken yet can not be ignored. He understands you through your emotions and reciprocates when you needs him most. He is happy with those who love him and not at all annoyed who does not believe him. He identifies one and all. He treats equal and still laughs when we complaint about step treatment. A sun rise in the sky on the one side fills joys in the life of many as well tells that first day of rest of our life has just begun. God is always been half or misunderstood by us due to our own mistakes.
It is most lengthy and most short  topic which we will not able to cover in our life time or can understand in micro seconds of time. Knowing him is a process and time is irrelevant.
Now I will come to queries you raised in your comment:
WHY DO WE KEEP FAST?
It is said that an artist sleeps with half filled stomach otherwise when he  sings, he would burp in every stanza. The same with worship, when you eat your whole attention will divert towards food. Imagine the smell of good cooked food when reaches to neighbor’s house, they discuss the food. Food is the basic necessity and if this would be achieved only then one can discuss and think about other needs. It is well said that a hungry man can not devote in reciting prayers and would hand over the prayer beads to god. The prayer is related with soul and food is with body. The both are necessity of two different entities and their impact on each other is irreversible.
The fast is related with controlling the senses. Keeping fast is difficult as it has to be observed by all senses. Keeping oneself hungry can help in controlling the stomach but if mind is asking again and again for timing of food than still one needs to learn this method.
While fasting one can go for eating light digestible food i.e. fruits, salads, soups so that an artist can sing and a worshiper can pray w/o burp. J
I personally don’t do fast as for me it is a torture to  body but I respect those who do this. I have noticed that while I tried to keep fast my whole attention was over the food and its preparation. When I will feel that I am ready to control my all senses I will certainly try to observe it, till that I am enjoying the simple method of life.
I know that eating too much food is not good for body and same with thinking too much about ‘MOKSHA’ will lead to unfulfilled of ‘karma’ and duties.
WHY WE DON’T WORSHIP W/O BATH?
To worship is like welcoming the god and meeting him one to one in person. It is a date among the lovers. It is a fruitful discussion among the best friends. Now How would you go to meet your lover/friend.  Whether well dressed or lethargic . We all want to show best of ourselves to our beloved friends. Reena-my wife whenever gets up in the morning usually wash her face to look fresh. Even someone drops early in the morning to meet me and if I have waken up, I usually wash my face, gets hair wet, comb them and then meet the visitor, I think we all do something like this , I have seen in ‘Hitch’ movie that the actress tries to remove her morning blues before Will Smith could notice her.The same we do before doing worship, we take bath just to look fresh and attractive and by the way who says you cant do it w/o taking bath. Praying/worshipping is an interaction which could be occurred any time, any place. One of my Pakistani friend Tariq( a good soul from Karachi) while we were posted in UN mission in Bosnia told me that he interacted with god while going back to his accommodation after  a drinking session. He discussed few good things with him and got satisfied by his response. He had several session of conversation with Allah ( you may choose any name for him, he is friend and calling him by any name is your right) when he was even drunk. So it is not important whether you have taken a bath or otherwise, the most important that you speak with him.

WHY WE DON’T WEAR SLIPPERS IN TEMPLES?
It is a good question but having another simple answer. I was in Bosnia, there I noticed that people used to remove their shoes before entering in house. I was not in this habit before but sooner I followed the same and still I have this habit, whenever I come to my home, I remove my shoes near entrance and feel comfortable. It has two benefits. 1. It keeps house clean. 2. I feel relaxed in my home. The same applies to this rule. When we enter we remove our shoes so that all the dirt which we carry can not dirty the place and second that you feel relaxed too. This is not a hard and fast rule, in Kathmandu-Nepal at Pashupati Nath Temple, you don’t do that and even you go in church this is not followed so this is man made thing, nothing to do with pray/ worship.
WHY WE COVER OUR HEAD IN TEMPLE?
WHY WE DON’T KEEP OUR FEET TOWARDS GOD SIDE AND WE KNOW HE IS OMNI PRESENT?
I think from the above you must have understood that these are marks of respect.  Guru Nanak once went to Mecca and Madina for pilgrimage. There he was sleeping and suddenly he was waken up by one Maulvi. He directed him to keep his feet other than side of worship place. Guru Nanak requested him to turn his feet on other side where the house of god is not situated. He did that but wherever he kept the feet he found that mosque was there on that side. He was fortunate as he understood the language of signs told by god to him.
There are other questions which are related to human behavior, They don’t need any explanation as it is one’s choice to follow them. Nothing is relevant with the main issue. We all have been given choice whether to follow them or to follow the heart.  Do that is simple and normal. Connect your heart with interaction i.e. Worship. Feel free to speak with him, remember when you are not speaking, he is still listening .  Remember, you may love him, you may hate him but you can not ignore him .

So just know yourself and be with that, Live normal, live today…

PS. I STILL HAVE A QUESTION WHICH I WANT TO REPLY now BUT I AM TIRED and it is 4.20 am, MAY BE SOME OTHER TIME I WOULD EXPLAIN ABOUT THE MENTIONED QUESTION ‘WHY VRAT KATHA TELLS ABOUT A STORY WHICH WAS TO BE READ?

‘WHY VRAT KATHA TELLS ABOUT A STORY WHICH WAS TO BE READ?

This is true that in all the vrat katha mention about the procedure and reading of some related katha but does not specify that katha which actually to be read. It mentions that some one had missed that procedure and than lot of difficulties were faced and when that person again did the proper warship than his/her difficulties were removed. In this regard I would like to tell you that it was the question came into my mind when in my childhood days I heard Satya Narayan vrat katha, because it has mentioned about the people who did the vrat or did not follow it.  I did ask the priest about it but he did not answered it and diverted my attention to other point. In this regard I would like  tell you that in ancient time the people used to have knowledge about the said stories as well as procedure to do warship so that time when they worshipped any Deity/ god and ask for 'Vardana', they were blessed with the choice they made before god and due to that some of them became evil and started troubling people and their flow was so much aggressive that in most of the cases the god himself came as 'avatar' to destroy that evil. whether you take example of Ravana, hiranay kashyap, Bhasmasur, etc, they all were blessed with the vardana ( Boon ) given to them by god. On seeing this Bhagwan Shiva decided to do that the actual story/procedure which was helping  to have vardana from god should be forgotten by human beings so at particular time this memory which has information was faded by him and thereafter some of saints were left with this actual procedure so that they could guide the people at large with limited resources and thereafter people follow the procedure in a limited manner. This is mentioned in "Durga Kawach" as well. This has further helped us in performing our karma on regular basis. So that story/procedure still exists but due to our limited knowledge we are not able to perform the same.
